It's not that "breathing better" is precisely your focus in coming to me for hypnotherapy and wanting work with
for the next few months and years on your life goals, it's just that so many of my ongoing hypnosis clients will
cite in their second hypnotism session or so, "I'm breathing better."
Yes, I know, I can see and observe it. I am not just speaking mesmerizing words over you to draw and engage you
into trance.
I am watching your body, your face, your breathing. I can see when you shift and relax your upper chest and
shoulders to release all that stress and held tension that you've been holding there in your body and carrying
around with you. When you breath better, more fully, you oxygenate your whole body better. Breathing more fully and
completing on every breath brings oxygen into your bloodstream for more vital total body wellness.
Oxygen is one of the core essential catalyst for wellness, health, and energy vitality that the human body needs
and indeed craves. Every cell in our body requires oxygen for its wellness. Under oxygenated cells will decay and
die. Whereas cells with an abundance of oxygen are vital and healthy and contribute to the healthy metabolic
function of the human body. One aspect of a robust healthy functioning body metabolism is getting sufficient

In conjunction with breathing better and more fully from receiving hypnotherapy sessions and practicing and
reinforcing with daily listening to your hypnosis sessions recordings, be sure you are drinking enough water. Most
people are dehydrated. The best way to drink water so your body absorbs it adequately is by sipping your water.
Water adds to your body's oxygenation as well. Combine the two, and you will surely notice increases levels of
energy, wellness, and vitality!
