Brain Wave States Hypnotic Mind Vs Conscious Awareness
Our human brain is so intriguing and fascinating, isn't it? The human brain has brain waves which can be
measured and observed. That is one of the attributes which sleep study institutes monitor, measure, and
observe when people come in for sleep studies. The brain wave states can be monitored by the electricity
generated from the neuropathways of our brain.
There are 4 Brain Wave States:
- Alpha
- Beta
- Theta
- Delta
While reading their names might make you remember the Fraternity and Sorority Days of college with their Greek
word names, they are not about partying and charity work but about the feeling and experience of the brain
throughout our natural daily life cycles.
The ALPHA brain wave state is Hypnotic Trance state. The measured brain waves indicate we are in pleasant
relaxed light-medium entranced state. This is where most hypnotherapy sessions occur. The client is
still able to speak coherently while in Alpha brain wave state even if it feels like you must make an effort to get
the words out. You can still speak and often in your custom one on one hypnotism sessions, indeed, you do
speak and fill in the details from what is unfolding from within the recesses of your own amazing unconscious
mind.
We experience Conscious Awareness while our brain is in the Beta Brain Wave state. This is how the majority of
our waking day is invested. Once we wake up from our Dream State of Theta Brain Wave awakening from our
marvelous night's full of slumberous sleep in our Delat Brain Wave state, then we are ready to begin our day and
our brain flows into Beta Brain Wave states of our Conscious wakeful awareness.
